Maxx Attack Program

The Maxx Attack Program is an initiative thought up by our CEO, Tami Wilson. This program allows us to contribute to those in need in our community. In Tami’s words, “We started doing this when one of our employees was asked to drop something off at his neighbor’s house. He found that the cupboards were empty, no food, no nothing for a family of five kids and one adult.” Each month, we find a family in need and give them what we can to help with food, rent, and bills.

Through the Maxx Attack program, we have contributed to families burdened with disease, injury, disaster, or when encountering unplanned family structure changes. We believe that through supporting each other in times of crisis, we build a stronger relationship with those around us.

Workforce Development

Mighty Maxx Innovations attended the Norman Economic Development Coalition (NEDC) Annual Meeting, A Leap Forward cohosted with the Sooner Centurions, and established vital relationships with local workforce development leaders Lawrence McKinney, Elizabeth Hennen-McKinney, and Mark Braley. Through these relationships, we are collaborating to benefit the local economy during the transition of moving MightyMAXX manufacturing to Norman.

Epos Sports Experience

Mighty Maxx Innovations is a proud sponsor of Epos, a program that provides mentoring, life skills, connection, and mental and physical health support to students in need. With the help of our sponsorship, Epos was able to provide their weeklong camp for 697 athletes for free and reduce the $350 fee to $99 for all others. Camp provides mentoring, life skills, connection, and mental and physical health support to students in need. We are so lucky to be able to aid our community with this beneficial and life-changing opportunity.
